REGISTRATION

Pre-Kinder, Kinder, 1st Grade: Students must be 4, 5, and 6 years respectively before December 31st. All new students must have a recent photograph (2 x 2), complete transcript, letter of conduct and letter of credit from previous school,P-VAC-3 Immunization Form (green document), original birth certificate, copy of social security card, psychometric evaluation (if required), physical exam, eye exam, hearing exam and a letter of credit from previous school. New students from grades 1st through 6th are required to take an entrance exam, at Learn Aid office.

Registration for new students will begin on February 19, 2017. You must fill out the registration contract form accompanied with registration payment, plus all documents. Entrance exam test for 2nd through 6th grade will be by appointment at Learn Aid Office, Tel.(787) 764-2665. Interview for new students for Pre- Kinder & Kinder and First Grade will be held at the school. Failure to fulfill this requirement will also result in no registration.

 

RE-ADMISSION

Approval of faculty and administration is required. The present students or their siblings need to be registered before February 19, 2017 to guarantee the space. It is necessary that you have no pending balance to reserve the child’s seat with $200.00. You will have until May 30, 2017 to complete the registration payment. If the final payment is not received by this date, your seat will not be guaranteed and late fee charge will be applied ($25.00).

There will be an additional $25.00 late charge fee for readmission after February 24, 2017 and you will also risk losing your child’s seat.

Additional Fees

Tuition

Pre-Kinder to 6th grade $268.00 Monthly

Building Improvements

The Building Improvement fee will be increasing $100.00 per students. This fee is not included in the registration fee table above.

Building improvements increase fee of $150.00 you may choose one of the following options:

1) Paid in full the total amount of $375.00 at time of registration. 2) Paid in five installments of $30.00 per month form August to December including in the monthly payment. There will be no late fee for this charge if it is paid before December.

Transcripts

$10.00 each and need to be requested at the main office with at least one week in advance (working days).

Graduation

Kinder and Sixth grade students will be charged $150.00 payable by December.

Lunch Program

Students bring their lunch to school or have the option of several available services. Parents are responsible for making their own arrangements.

Transportation

Parents are responsible for making their own arrangements.

Books

You will receive a list of the books for each particular grade at registration. Books can be bought before or after the school sale at any bookstore of our providers.


* AUGUST TUITION WILL NOT BE CHARGED WITH THE SCHOOL REGISTRATION. IT SHOULD BE PAID BY AUGUST 16.

10% DISCOUNT IF MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE PAID IN FULL BEFORE AUGUST 16. ALL TUITION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL TUITION PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH AND ARE PAYABLE AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE. ANY MONTH PARTIALLY ATTENDED WILL BE CONSIDERED A FULL MONTH. LATE PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL 10% CHARGE (AFTER THE 16TH OF THE MONTH).
